At Archies Footwear, we want you to walk with absolute comfort, which is why we offer a 30-day comfort guarantee on all orders. If your flip-flops or slides aren't the perfect fit, you can return them for a full refund or exchange, even if you have worn them outside.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and download the return packing slip to include inside your parcel.
Package Your Footwear
Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailing bag, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at your nearest postal hub.
Processing & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange size within 3-5 business days.
